In honor of United Way's Centennial Anniversary, United Way’s Engagement & Expansion Committee is entering into a community listening partnership with Local Voices Network to collect diverse voices, perspectives, and stories from our friends and neighbors about their personal experiences in the Dane County community.
This partnership will advance United Way’s community listening and engagement efforts by creating opportunities to actively listen to, synthesize, and champion the voices of diverse members of community - especially those that are often absent from rooms and tables where decisions are made. It will also increase the number and diversity of people trained as LVN facilitators – thereby creating a more robust public dialogue!
Please help us reach our goal by signing up to join an Upcoming Conversation and encouraging members of your immediate networks (friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc.) to do the same.”
- Complete Local Voices Network Facilitator Orientation (2 hours)
- Participate in one LVN Conversation (90 min.)
- Facilitate 2 or more Virtual Living Room Conversations
